Ltd., Roorkee, U.K. our mfg. plant) that meet the most stringent international manufacturing standards. Expert quality analysts ensure that the systems and processes remain in compliance with the latest GMP standards. The robust R&D environment within the company for both drug discovery and development reflect our commitment to be a leader in the generics space and offer value added formulations.

The infrastructure, machines and environment are as per the revised schedule - M (Equivalent to WHO-GMP standard). There are automatic machines for tablets, capsules, liquids and vet boluses manufacturing. Spread at an area of 25000 sq. ft. with complete control of air and temperature through AHU (Air Handling Unit) and complete humidity control to maintain required air pressure as per the latest norms and requirements. All the sections are distinctively separated from each other following uniflow-unidirectional standard process.

For R&D and in-house testing and analysis, the company has installed advanced lab equipments, employing latest testing process through an experienced team of R&D professionals.

All the machines, mostly automatic are stainless steel made and fulfill the GMP norms. These are handled by efficient and experienced manufacturing professionals. Our manufacturing capabilities are as follows:

Tablet Section: 6 lakhs per day
Capsule Section: 1.50 lakhs per day
Liquid Section: 50,000 bottles per day
Vet Bolus: 1 lakh per day
